Steroid Testing Question

nuevo laredo

New member
When testing for steroids is a test typically run for steroids as a class of drugs in general? Or does each specific type need to be tested for?

When detecting a testosterone ester does it show up as the test ester itself or just as a ridiculously high test level or whacked out T/E ratio?

And where I'm finally going with this: Has anyone heard of a divorce court (in a no-fault divorce state) ordering a steroid test in relation to determining custody and visitation rights for a parent?

No, I have not heard of an AS test for divorce. Usually only drug tests -rec- and alcohol tests are done in cases where an addiction problem can be proven. Having personal exprience in the situation (divorce), I will tell you off the bat you should get a better lawyer. They should not be able to test you unless evidence is provided as to your addiction.

If your Ex knows all about your roid usage, she will bring that up in court. If you deny it then the judge might test you for them. the best advice, get a good lawyer...

I agree with Mr. X, they CAN test you for it to show some sort of addiction problem hence hindering your ability as a parent....but i have never heard of anyone tested for this in a divorce or custody battle...look at how many crack heads have their kids...

Nope. When I was younger I sometimes pretended to be one when picking up on trim from out of town. Works almost as well as
1) Doctor (pediatrician works best)
2) Firefighter (sorry to all you guys but this was a while ago)
3) Trust fund baby working as a teacher for special needs children (once again, sorry, I've probably got a guaranteed room in hell waiting for me)

Hearsay ... unless there are police reports that link the use of "illegal body building substances" with conviction of a&b. Never knew a cop who could make that link. LOLOL

Proof please!

Divorce is handled in Family Court. Usually the Court wants to simply
divide the assests and debts ... and get the parents to agree on custody.
They do not want Dad gone. Even Dads incarcerated can get visitation.

Test you for steroids? Ridiculous.
Test you for paternity? Yes if requested.

Divorce is plenty ugly, but this smear won't work.
