I've been a member for a few weeks now and never posted to read. But I have a speech coming up and decided to do it on steroids. Since this is the steroid section I thought you all could give me some facts and reasons for steroids. I am trying to inform. the students on them. If anyone could give me a good site with good facts on what steroids do to you emotionally and physically. Or anything you can give me to make a speech on steroids. This speech is how steroids will harm you also. Thanks

Well as far as harming you. Not likely at all. There is not one study to show steroids are harmful when taken in moderation in adults. Only two exceptions I know of are teenages should not take them and high amounts for long periods of time are bad. There is a reason docs can prescribe steroids. They work and are not harmful.
