Steroid laws in Spain

I'm moving to spain in august, and I wonder what the laws are down there. I know its illegal to sell and import, but what about using them?

I'm from italy i think it's illegal but when your order it nobody should open your package
it's at your own risk,here in Europe i think it's almost the same situation in all countries.
I'm scared too ordering around here,and buying from dealers breaks my pocket as nuts..
