steroid laws in canada?

i heard possesion of small ammounts is legal in canada, even without a prescription? is this true? does that mean buying them is legal as well?
anyone know where i could find some info on the laws in canada

Nobody reallly cares. Someone I know was stopped by a cop and he had 1000 russian dbols on him and the cop just seized them and gave him the speeding ticket.

They don't go out looking for AS dealers but if a bust doesn't require any effort they will go through with it.

I've only heard of one guy getting busted for Steroids only and it was for $300,000

They go after UG labs that sell bunk or contaminated stuff, as some people end up at the hospital

As far as end users, they really don't care.

Buying or selling them is illegal (as well as importation) but personnal possession is tolerated but they usually seize it if found (and resell it or use it)

No, he was caught with 300k worth of juice. He was involved with other rec stuff however.

There's only three things you can be charged with in Canada with repect to steroids...

1.) Importing
2.) Exporting
3.) Trafficking

Mere possession of a Schedule IV substance is NOT an offence. The Police can seize them from you (if they come accross them), as they are still a controlled substance. But you cannot be charged for simple possession of AAS.

the funny thing is there are a lot of cops in my town that are not only "on", but also buy from the same UG lab I do....

so Im guessing the labs up there are not quite set up so covert as they are in the states... kinda like how if you wanted to get marijuana in the states, someone knows someone who always has some? Not that I promote smoking pot in any sense at all, just curious if the analogy is somewhat the same in canada due to lesser penalities, is it easier to acquire?

Would be unlawfull acquisition or trafficking for the one selling the stuff. If you ever get caught (I doubt but anyway), tell the cops you were talking a walk outside and happened to step on a brown bag with anabolics. You didnt buy them. You just FOUND them.

Juice Dealer busted

I knew a guy who used to train & sell juice at Pit Bull gym in Toronto. He used to carry a full trunk of stuff and sell it in the parking lot with the trunk open like a flee market.

I guess the word got around and the fact that we was doing it so openely they busted him.

He is still around and still sells.
Most juicers store their stuff in the trunk. I guess cause that is the best way since the car has impounded via a search warrent.

But, if the cops can see you are selling it out of your trunk, there is RPG to search the trunk.

I have a couple of cop friends and they come and ask me about the stuff they are buying. That itself tells how cops look at it in To.
