I have been lifting weights for some time now and i have reached a platue, i gain muscle up to 170 lbs, then i cant gain any more, i end up have to work crazy hours then loose 10 pounds, then it takes a month to get it back, i build fast up to that point. I would woundering what kind of stack or single poducts, anyone would recommend for a first time user, i want str gain more than anything, but size would be nice. But i dont want fat or water rentition hahaha, pretty strict, let me know if there is any thing out there that would give me these effects.

People will want to know your age, bf, years of training, diet, etc before they will suggest anything. They will need to know all of this before any siggestions can be made. You may find out that you have not been eating correctly or that there is something else you may want to fine tune first. There are many first cycle posts, with suggestions like this. Also you should look at the diet and training forum.

How tall are you? You just have to eat more and you'll gain just fine without steroids.

man, don't listen to those guys, just go with 1.5g of test a week and you'll be set. And if you feel like really going gung ho add in about 1g of deca and eq...

Or make sure your training and diet is on, like they said and look into a nice T-Boll only cycle, i'm begining to think they are awesome :-p.(btw, the first comment is a joke, if you didn't realize :'()

I am 21 years old, working out on a off for 4 years, diet - protien shakes, was on creatine but stoped, i am currently taking Animal Pak, and Testostrogain.

Like my spelling do yah, i really dont give it much thought, not really into the whole computer thing, but its good enought so you know what im sayin.

keep in mind not everybody on this board is american....
so take it easy on the guy....

I'm going to pretend your question is legitimate and just make a few comments:

- You state you gain, then lose. I'm quessing your enthusiasm is high and you are simply overtraining. This is very common. Please post your workout.

- I'd also like to see a detailed description of the diet you are on. If it loaded with sugars, I can understand the ups and downs.

- You ask about aas. You are very young, but it is possible that a low dosage simple cycle could break you out of this lack of real progress. IMO ... you have plenty of test and hgh in your system. 5 weeks of a low dosage mild oral would give you a fine jump start. The down side would be the risk of pushing mpb in your hairline up a few years.

What province are you from?

Overtraining probably,I lift fairly heavy 45 min or less 4 days a week..If your losing 10 lbs your not eating enough calories take something like i take its got about 580cals a serving..You add 1000 more to your diet you will gain..not counting 3 or 4 meals a day.. or run T-N-T and get BIG.

You metabolism is high because you are only 21 years old... So you have to eat - eat - and then eat some more. Eat often - put some chicken breasts in your back pocket and find a good carb/protein/fat ratio that works for a quick metabolism. Weight is coming off because you are burning off more than you put in - going up because you are putting in more than you are burning off. It could also be hormonal changes in your body. Which is why a good amount of people will tell you stay away from AAS until you're older. I thought I was all grown up too and nobody could tell me what to do but if I could go back, I'd slap myself.

If you don't dial in a diet where you can consistently maintain your weight then AAS won't do a whole lot.

If I'm reading it right you're training the same muscle groups less than 24 hours apart. It looks to me like overkill.

Dude you're overtraining like crazy. You want to hit each bodypart once a week and drop the number of sets and excercises. Personally I like this one for me:

Day 1: chest
day2: back and abs
day3: off
day 4:shoulders
day 5 legs
day 6: arms
day 7: off

I usually do maybe 3 or 4 excercises 3 sets each. I like heavy weight low reps low volume personally. It gives me the best gains but you could do it differently. I wouldnt go above 12 sets per bodypart and less on arm day since you are going to want to hit triceps, biceps, and forearms. I do 6 sets each for these and 3 for forearms. Hope this helps some. Oh and eat eat eat.

Another training option that has worked well for me is Needsizes 5x5 routine. It's a sticky in the training forum.

Hit the nail on the head.

It's your training that needs a tweak.
