one of my friends just said i'm getting a steroid gut, explained it as not fat but the muscles coming out further, i thought that was only from GH when your insides grow. I don't see any difference in myself, any thoughts anyone?

Could be because of your portions. Even with a low bf% and ripped abs, your
belly can appaer to be portruding. This is due to the stomach beneath the
ab muscles being large from being strretched by eating large portions all at once
instead of eating smaller portions more often.

i'm taking arimidex, .25mg. It might not be enough, i'll bump it up see if that makes a difference. It def might from eating too much at once, is that permanent or goes away?

try using 1mg a day till the bloat goes... prolley 3 days then traper back down

It goes away, bud. just portion smaller. Everytime you eat and your stomach
feels really full, you're stretching your stomach. Smaller portions will help.
Your body will get used to the smaller portions and will actually shrink.
Remember, your stomach is very elastic-like and can stretch and shrink
quite easily. Just portion your food better and eat more often. I speak
from personal experience. I used to eat 3 huge meals a day to bulk, but
now I eat 5 medium meals and bulk just as well without the protruding
tummy.

E-mail me if you have any questions.

i wondered weither mine was a roid gut, a water bloat gut, a distended internal organ gut, a weak abs gut.....

thanks bro, i'll start doing that. I usually do eat 5 meals a day but they are all big meals, to the point where i feel that i'm full. I'll cut down a little on the forcing the food down. Thanks.

Most of the time when peoples guts start to protrude and they are on AS or GH they think it is from the drugs, however a lot of times this is incorrect information, unless you are doing a TON of strong cycles for extended periods of time. I always get that "Roid GUT" look. I also thought it was from AS and GH, however I went to a hollistic doctor and he informed me that it was from digestive problems, due to an inflamation of the intestines. If you think about it it really does make a lot of sense, due to the fact that when people go on AS they always increase their Caloric intake, often times by 2-3,000 more then they are used to. So of course the intestines are going to become overloaded and inflamed. The doctor recommended that I take ex-lax to completely clear the intectines, then take acidophilus( promotes intestinal flora healing) one pill in morning and one pill at night. Since then no ROID GUT. Hope this helps. More info? email me.:D

Good info juiceman. The extra protein taken in, especially the high concentrated shakes, can bloat you.
Too much protein at one time or even during the day and I get the fire squats and the gut. Inflammed intestines or gastral irritation makes sense. Always happens when I'm bulking. Time to load up the pepcid.

Visceral fat gains on AS is very common---and it differs from subcutaneous fat (eg "love handles") in that it is relatively easy to get rid of, and you may still have a hard feel to your gut.

Also eat ENOUGH, but don't overeat- you don't need thousands otextra calories- unless you are gaining a lb of muscle a day- and who honestly does that?
