Couldnt find many steroid jokes in google, so had to define some terms...

you post some too!


Steroid dictionary


Anadrol: steroid taken before learning that doesn´t have great genetics.

Bulking cycle: common answer when bodybuilders get questioned about their inmoderate fat gain.

Chromosome mutation: pro-level term for experimental drugs.

Crash-cycle, aka all-out cycle: transformation, well, attempt to transformate overnight for a spring break.

Cutting cycle: attempt to reduce in 4-8 weeks the fat you have gained in 20-40 years.

Danger-threshold: Larger doses than one is currently using.

Deca-dick: temporary impotence, usually claimed when drunk, or past 50s.

DNP: the last step before you accepting being genetically prone to obesity.

Extended warm-up: low intensity workouts, that usually extend for the entire workout.

Fake: all the gear you take once gains stop.

Forums: places where you discuss what you already knew.

Gay-stripper: anyone who can afford more drugs than us.

Gyno: When you ask yourself why you belittled those ancillaries.

Injury: usual explanation for a lagging bodypart.

Locker-room: doping place where nobody actually injects.

Megadoses: compensation for underdosing, see "underdosed".

Natural testosterone: "reason" for baldness alleged by those genetically prone to it.

Off-cycle: period between steroid cycles to allow the body and mostly the wallet to recover.

Oral-only: when you couldnt afford a hooker´s full-service.

PCT: Time when glances and looks from other people at the gym make you paranoid.

Pro-hormones: explanation given to other members of the gym, when asked about steroid use.

Professional, pro: top-level bodybuilder who actually has jobs on the side, to support himself.

Rage, roid-rage: explanation or apology usually given by bodybuilders who refuse to accept they have to grow-up.

Scar-tissue: popular term for synthol abuse.

Underdosed: usual explanation for megadoses.

Water retention: term usually confused with muscle gain, specially among beginners, when they hit the scales.

This really doesnt go with the jokes above but...


Has anyone ever noticed that all the feeble old men who work out in the gym that you do, used to be your size when they were your age?

It's also funny how they could lift as much as you too, even when your repin out with 365 on bench for sets of 8.

I just find that amazing!!

Whats even more amazing is that guys that are only a few years older than you, used to be your size and strength. Even though they look like they just started lifting yesterday!! They always use the same line too, "once I hit 30 my metabolism just caught up with me and all my muscle turned to fat. It will happen to you too!"
