Hello to all! My name is Chris and i'm 5'10" 220lbs. I want to get back down to where I used to be years ago (175lbs). I am interested in getting involved with steroids, and wanted to quickly ask if there is any steroids I can get under the counter that can aid in helping me lose my body fat.

I hope someone can help leading me in the right direction! I am getting on a very good diet, and I train 5 days a week. I just need that extra boost to really get me cutting my fat.

All the best,
Chris

I would strongly encourage you to do some serious research. Steroids do not help you lose fat. They help you hold onto muscle while you increase cardio and perfect the diet to help lose said fat. You need to have a solid foundation of lifting (years) and get the diet and routine down pat before using any gear or it's usually a waste of time and money. How old are you?

Hello to chris,
I would suggest that you have a pic of your badge as an avitar.
Otherwise, diet and train. Steroids are illegal and unheathy and we do not support the practice of such.

All the best,
Me

I am 24 years old. Probably the newest newbie to all of this.

Would you have anyone that you could refer me to that could educate me on what I need to do, where I need to start for fat burning, dieting, etc?

I don't know anyone in my area that knows anything about steroids, or even enough about dieting and getting me to lose the most fat, as soon as possible.

I am desperate for finding someone that knows the most about where I can start, and to get me an extra "boost" to getting my body fat percentage down, and explaining when I should get on the gear, what to eat, etc.

I understand i'm the newest newbie, and I am willing to learn everything I need to know. I just don't have time to deal with bull_ _ _ _ and waste away my days like I am now, when I could be cutting fat.

Feel free to PM me if you can.

All the best,
Chris

Well the diet and cardio forums are a huge help in getting you on the right track. You are going tohave to put in some research time like we all have done/do to learn and implement your new knowledge into your life. Youare not the newest newbie, and as long as you know the rules and aren't breaking them, read and post questions if you cannot find the answer and we will helpp you.

Thank you for the tip with the diet / cardio forums. What I could really use is to find someone that has (been down the road) in terms of needing to cut some serious body fat, and the best road to take in terms of diet / cardio. I work from home, so I have all the time in the world to hit the gym and drastically change myself.

I am just the kind of person that feels that will spend hours upon hours reading message boards, and feel like i'm not getting anywhere. If I can find an indivudal that knows his stuff from everything on cutting my body fat, getting on the right diet, cardio, all the way to bringing in the gear if needed... Then I will pay them for their help. I'm that serious. I just don't like to deal with personal trainers in my area. I am very knowledgable with the gym, workouts, cardio, etc. And can do it all on my own. I just need direct guidance.

What in the world is going on here? We're on the anabolic forum telling people to stay away from gear??? Am I in the twilight zone??!!!

Ok, I understand where you guys are comming from. You need to research and get an understanding of how the gear works before you jump into it. But once a guy has his diet and training together and has done his research then we should be here to help him. Im sure you guys are meaning well, but it almost sounds from your post that you're telling the guy to stay away from gear completely, and just train and diet... then come back in 5yrs if your still serious about the gear.

That's what I assumed too. I just need help! I'm so confused and lost right now, I would do anything for a mentor that I could pay to help me. Interested Outtlaw?

Well, they say money talks... but we work for free around here (most of us anyway). Just post up your questions as they arise and we'll advise as best we can.

My first question would definatly be....

What would a good workout plan be for cutting fat and building my back / arms at the same time.

After I got that down, next would be a good diet to get on to burn the most fat (i'm open to anything)

Well, training is pretty much all the same. Dont go trying to re-invent the wheel. Just stick to the same exercises people have been doing for years. Now people run diets all kinds of ways. The best thing to do is probably search around the diet forum and look at what some people are doing for their diets. My advice would be to not try and overcomplicate it. Keep it simple and be sure you can stick with it.

My workout is going to be built around a (cardio routine) with using full body movements such as the (squat, power clean, barbell row, etc) with high reps, medium weight, and little rest. That way I can burn a little fat form that, and my cardio routine after working out will be suicides (line tappers) on the basketball court with about 30 minutes of high intensity tennis.

That aside, my diet is my biggest problem I need help with. I don't want to overcomplicate anything by any means, and it seems like there is just so much information and peoples opinions out there, I have no clue what to go for, how many calories I should be taking in a day, protein, all that.

I found this...

But I just don't know where to begin.

That's a good link. All the diet info you need is there. Just read and follow the directions.

Here is how I make the most use of the boards.

Read - EVERYTHING YOU CAN
Ask - Specific Questions
Listen - To what everyone has to say and make informed decisions.
