Steris deca by shine labs?

My friend got a script, and got a bunch of 1cc 200mg bottles of deca and it says steris, by shine labs (not sure if thats the right spelling). I thought steris went out in 97, and I think he is being scammed. Anyone know the deal on this product? I would like to fill him in, if it is indeed rank!

I thought Steris is the company that makes Steris deca. Like Organon. Looks fishy to me.
