I lot of guys get killed by an hour of intense yoga. It ain't for meditation and flexibility only. For starters you better have some core strength and cardio endurance. Yoga isn't for sissies or the faint of heart.

I prefer pilates. Wife teaches it on the side. Get for streching out the fascia. It was never a substitute for lifting though. Just for off days. There is no harm when on cycle.
