Sterilizing without an oven

I will be receiving some Chinese EQ (vials) shortly. How can I sterilize the stuff without an oven and syrenge filters?

You cant...filters are easy enough to get...and what happen to yer oven did it break

good idea...why don't ya just send it to me and i'll do it for ya...just got a shinny new autoclave at work. I promise i wont use too much before i send it back
