steralizing your juice?

I got some stuff shipped to me but to make thing easier it was taken out of origional vials and combined into one big one. I know its real but I am wandering if it can be steralized incase some bacteria came in to contact with it in the transfer.

I would at least run it through a Whitman sterile filter and probably bake it at 250deg also.

Want to be ABSOLUTELY safe? Filter through a .45 um filter, then through a .22 um filter. Then finally heat treating at 250 degrees in the oven for 15 minute intervals (heating + cooling).
