I'm not interested in IP hiding, more like destination hiding. I need my assigned IP to get through our server, I jsut want to mask where I go, even if just the logs like the expertpc.com EF stealth site does.Ozz2001 said:Well proxy sites can be slow if thats what your looking for heres a easyer better idea to try..If you go to netzero you can sign up for free serves for dialup a bit faster then proxy sites just make up a bogges name info ect and run that. Thats pretty safe, if not pm me i got a real iphide you can use and it will change your ips online with one click but you still have to deal with finding one thats fast but they update the proxy sites for free hacking can be fun let me know....
, I'm lookin for the same thingok, how about something I can use for any site I wishMr. dB said:

Before I spend $30 on that, are there any free versions out there?

it works, unfortunately that address would stick out like a sore thumb on the logs making obvious that I'm trying to hide my surfing http://anon.free.anonymizer.com/......../.........Ish said:Up in the top right, there is a free one. Just put in the address you want to look at.

Rottenwillow, that one fuck up my IE browser settings and wouldn't even let me get on the net, I had to uninstall.
Blut Wump, tell me a little more about that works.
whats the cost?Blut Wump said:You pay to own your own set of web addresses, for example, sorearms.com.
You can then create an entry under sorearms.com such as expertpc.sorearms.com. You then link the new address with a website, such as ef. So, you'd type expertpc.sorearms.com into your browser and the DNS host would translate that to go to this site. Whenever you wanted, you could point it to elsewhere. I think they let you have ten addresses at any one time as part of the basic package.
Blut Wump said:Get your own domain and you can have all the liberty you want. They're cheap enough to set up. I use speednames to host mine. You can then point anything.yourname.com to point to anywhere at all and you can change it at a moment's notice.
If you go for a .net or a .org address they look even less suspicious.

RottenWillow said:yeah they've been around for a few years now, so I'm not suprised your network admin knows about it. You'll need to find a really new one apparently.
PS I dig the sexy libarian look you're workin'.
.com, .org and .net are €75 for two years at speednames. No idea what that'd be in dollars and you might be able to find cheaper hosts. You also get mail redirection so you can have [email protected] as your mail address or [email protected]. You get the idea.SoreArms said:whats the cost?

the only time he has ever mentioned anything about my surfing is when I went to ratemycameltoe.org, he looks at the logs and that stood out real quick. He just told me not to look at that shit at work. I've started visiting some "questionable" sites recently, I just know he'd have a shit attack upon seeing the links on the log.
That's also the problem with some of those stealth services, their address always sticks out and has the visiting sites address at the end, like
www.foolingtheITmanager.com/www.Iamlookingatvagina.com

I don't think he digs into it unless the logs show him something "suspicious"Blut Wump said:There's no guarantee that having your own domain redirecting wouldn't still fall foul of blocking by work admin software, though. The data still flows directly from the site to your machine and will be visible as such. It's really just the address that you send out which is under your control.
For proper stealth from work you really need an anonymizer or a slave machine somewhere to act as a go-between which is a bit harder to set up.

It completely conceals what you type and thus your outgoing initial request. Subsequent traffic, though, will pick up its addresses from the web page so it depends on how he's logging which, in essence, means it's not secure.RottenWillow said:assclown. I just spit my soup out onto my blouse.
Blut, would your method conceal the addy though, or just hide it from a casual review from the Admin?
