Steak everyday, will it kill me?

I am about to start a bulking phase again. I was thinking about having 6-10 oz of lean steak each day to help me hit my calorie goal (5000 calories). The only thing I am worried about is I have a family history of heart disease. I plan on keeping my ratios 40/30/30 cpf. I will keep my carbs low GI except after workouts. Should I be worried about taking in this much steak. My bloodwork last month shows everything is good as far as cholestorol, HDL was a tad low though.

I will also be on a light fina only cycle 50 mg/day. Taking flax oil, ala, saw palmetto, fish oil, cranberry extract, and plently of water.
 
Eat the shit out of that steak. You will be fine. I would eat a streak a day if it were convenient.

As you're already taking EFAs (fish oil, flax seed oil,...) a steak everyday is OK
 
I think you should eat steak 5 days a week, and get your protein from other sources the other 2 days, it will give your body a bit of a break. I say this because of your family history, not that 7 days would kill you, but I think 5 would be safer IMO.
 
I know its a different type of diet, but man, when i was on a purely low carb diet i would eat the piss out of some steak buddy. Hell, i still do and i've got low cholesterol with a family that has genetics for EVERYTHING in the book :)
