Staying lean on test e

I am planning for 4th cycle but still very up in the air. My last (3rd) cycle I had a goal of pure mass and size. It worked haha. However now I am leaner and want to stay that way. I don't think I am ready to dabble in tren yet and I like to keep the cycle as simple as possible.

I suppose my question is other compounds in the cycle aside, is it possible to stay lean while on test e? I would run 500 mg EW for 12 weeks but I'd like to keep bloat/water retention at a minimum and just reap the size/strength gains. Would running arimidex during the cycle really hinder a lot of gains? (I've read this before)

Through all 3 of my cycles I have had test flu once and a bit of lethargy but otherwise, no real sides and I feel like a God on test - can't wait to run it again but really up in the air on what I want to do.

cycle 1: 500 mg test e EW x 12 weeks + m1t for first 4 weeks (don't recall dosage)
cycle 2: 500 mg test e EW x 12 weeks + 50 mg ED dbol for first 4 weeks
cycle 3: 600 mg test e EW x 16 weeks + 400 mg deca EW for 12 weeks + 100 mg anadrol ED for first 4 weeks

I did aromasin during my cycle of test, it worked, didn't get bloated. Used 12.5mg eod

Is it arimidex or aromasin that is supposed to be used?

Aromasin is better. Why don't you run tren? And run a lean oral like winny or var, you will gain quality mass on these

I had no problem looking lean on test E. I think the bloat is overrated on it. As long as you run a proper dosed AI, and keep your diet and carbs in control, you will be fine.

Tren scares me still. I didnt have many sides with what ive run so far but still on the tren fence. Im also concerned about my fertility/natural test production as im relatively young still.

id use aromasin on cycle buddy at 12.5mg eod and make usage of the mighty forma-stanzol in pct, together bloat will be no more...

I would not use aromasin its terminal (kills all estrogen)
I would use adex EOD

Staying lean is dead easy on test, just watch your sodium intake, drink loads of water and keep your carbs clean....

Dont do winny and tren together. You could do tren and test, that would be better IMO. Tren and winny gave me blood pressure through the roof and dull headaches all day long as a result. My personal current cycle is tren/teste , and ill finish it with my remaining winstrol/test e. I'd recommend doing it that way.

Hey jack any sugg on wat I can add to the end of my cycle.. have good connect so was thinkin on adding something or should I extend test for few more weeks.

You shouldn't run the EQ so long after the test because will take a long time clear as is.

You will be fine with test an ai and a "dry" oral if choose a kickstart. Could also finish with one instead. Looking at what you have run previously it's easy to see why would be concerned with staying lean

Terminal, did you just make that up? It's a suicide inhibitor meaning it kills the aromatase it binds too. It's not going to kill all estrogen unless doseage is far too high. Adex is harsher on cholesterol and aromasin lowers shbg among other things. It's a better option, ask someone like Dylan who can tell you this stuff is better than adex

yeah look into it man, i used to use adex. sometimes i still do when i get it for next to nothing lol but i much prefer aromasin, just got a few bottles delivered from chem need yesterday actually
