Are all of the avi's with pics of women with their mouths sewn/taped shut a protest against censorship because GS asked HT to change his avatar? If so, I support that. His avatar certainly was disturbing to look at, but we are all adults here, and censorship sucks.

I think that is what an outsider would think if they stumbled in here and saw all those avatars, but I don't think these particular people are misogynistic.

i certainly never thought it would cause this much clamor....it was my av, plain & simple. not an attack on the female gender. i've seen plenty of things here i thought were a bit too much, but i'd never ask someone to change their av because i didn't like it. it's strange how many female members have backed me up over this.
