Starving At Night

Greetings Everyone. I am on a winny / turanibol / clen cycle for cutting right now. I am using Glucorell and Sesapure as well and have been doing well... My only problem is that at night time and specifically right before bed, I get mad hunger pangs. I have to get up and eat some oatmeal or something with some texture to ease me to sleep. This blows for my diet however... Anyone have any tricks, supplements or low calorie foods to recommend so I can stay with my strict diet?? Very Much appreciated.

however i believe there might be some protien ingestion when i do it becaue it tastes like tuna

I always would eat some lean ground beef or some turkey/ chicken low fat no carbs
 
I have the same problem. I work out from 6-7 and eat like this:

7:15 - 8oz Lean red meat - 2 cups brown rice -
9:00 Same
10:00 50 Gram Whey shake


I get up at midnight or so starving! I have been eating Cottage cheese and low fat yogart if I have a "sweet" desire.
 
How many times you eating a day? I eat something high in protein before bed like egg whites, a shake,nuts (not if on diet), jerky.

oh man cottage cheese, goldmine here's what you do!
I HATE the taste of cottage cheese, and the texture for that matter....

1) mix cottage cheese with ground beef, cold or nuked warm a bit
2)cottage cheese mixed with franks redhot, cold while standing at the fridge
3) cottage cheese mixed with some pesto or a bit of salsa
4) in the am cause of the carbs, cottage cheese and blueberries

I've heard that Vagina sometimes comes with Skim Milk already packaged inside. Can anyone correct me on this. I've never seen it myself, only heard stories. :Chef:

I thirds the cottage cheese and no carbs

I usually eat it with a spoon but you can eat it with a fork if you want to.

After that drink milk for the sleep factor. Carbs usually wake me up gives energy. Cottage cheese also releases protien slowly perfect for bedtime.
 
they all taste the same, however i would go withg small curds not large. i love cottage cheese, but large curds kinda gross me out.
 
Compliance was always an issue with my diets. I consume most of my carbs first thing in the morning and around my workouts and it has dramatically increased compliance. It may sound weird but adding broccoli and spinach to my protein shakes has also increased compliance. When you're dieting you are always going to be "uncomfortable" but you do what you can and charge through the rest.
 
i wake up constantly and am starving and usually always give in. i was about to turn to xanax and just decided not to. last night after workout i switched to food for pwo protien and had 8 egg whites 2 yolks and a bacon cheesburger, homecooked on whole wheat bread. about 830 that was and at 10 had a shake and i woke up to piss but made it through the night satisfied for the first time in a while. usually im up making peanut butter, natural, and sugar free jelly sandwiches, or yogurt. i always wake up period, when i used to smoke i'd just light up a smoke and get tired again and fall asleep, well, i switched over to food some point and am trying to break the habit. good luck cause it sucks, but taking a xanax does work. your sleeping so good you don't want to disrupt it with eating. hehe
