Starvation

IM having this small problem. I dont know if it is because i exercise too much but i am not hungry. My weight has been dropping like its cool. I find myself trying to power down eveyr meal. Thissi not good, im about 165 now, and have never been that light in a long time. Im thinking something may be wrong with my eating. Can you lose apetite from doing working out too much? in the morning ill do an hour of cardio. In the evening ill lift and do abs. Somtimes, ill do 2 30 minutes sessions of cardio each day(im kinda nutty like that). Does anyone have advice before i become 90 pounds?

I'm gonna call bullshit. Your post doesn't make any sense. Maybe you just didn't explain it well enough, so here is what I think...

If you are already as lean as you want to be and are not an endurance athlete, your cardio regimen is completely out of line. 3 times per week is great for maintaining. Take a few days off of training per week and eat more carbohydrates. Add carbohydrates slowly. Calories in, calories out. I don't think your pancreas has stopped secreting insulin or that you're pissing glucose or anything. You will feel better and have better workouts. Perhaps take several days off without over or under eating.

In a nut shell, im never hungry anymore. Yes i am as lean as i want to be. Actually the doctor told me to put on some bfat because its way way too low for someone not competing. Durign the day im just nevr hungry, the only reason why i eat is because its time to eat. I guess it is overtraining. But hey thanks for both your guyss help.
