Starting week 4 - Lost 2 lbs!

hey guys...

Im starting week 4 tomorrow of a Dbol (ref-B0 and sust cycle (2 shots a week for 500MG) - Anyway, 1st week gained 6 lbs, 2nd week 2 lbs, 3rd week up 4 more but over teh past 2 days I lost 2 lbs! i actually see the difference too! Ive been taking one 25MG proviron every day toprevent gyno and water. My BF is 10.5% same as when I started. I see no water retention at all. Im 5'10 and slender. Anyway, is thi ssus gonna kick in or what? Ive been eating every 2 hours, all clean and getting about 225 grams of protien a day, 7 days a week. Not sure why I lost 2 lbs. I work out hard and heavy 3 days a week (2 bodyparts per day, 75 minutes)

Anyone see what I can do to up the gains? All last week I upped my ref dose from 25MG to 35MG a day.
 
Don't sweat it, if you're strength is high/increasing, you're fine. You get some funny weight readings on Dbol, particularly when using an aromatase inhibitor, because of the fluctuation in H20 retention. I've lost 6 lbs. in one night on a cycle with Dbol, because I took a diuretic. The sust is just now starting to get going, so just keep at it and EAT. Keep your H20 intake high as well.

The Dbol at this stage is rapidly losing its effectiveness, so upping dosage will not bring on the type of results you might expect. Most of us don't do much more than 5 weeks of Dbol. You're results seem very good so far by your description, so I wouldn't be discouraged at all if I were you. If your gains remain lean, chances are, you will retain more of them post cycle.
