Hey guys,
so, i totally lost it weeks ago and didnt follow through with my plan. Now that I am out of college, I have plenty of time to work on myself. By mid August id like to have shed 30 - 40 lbs of fat if possible. My issue is that I hardly know much about working out - I was thinking about using the body for life book and following that. I'm around 210, i was 180 but I sat around a lot. Is this possible? Are there any workout routines and meal plans that can help me out online? Any help would be great. Thanks
 
BFL is a good start if you know absolutely nothing. At least it will give you discipline to follow a plan for 12 straight weeks.

Better than BFL is Venuto's Burn the Fat feed the muscle, though you will need to work harder (no laid out plan there, you will need to build your own, which I find better)
