I know I am posting this AGAIN but no one helped with this...
I am starting the cycle on Monday. Should I work out everyday? I am doing Back and Chest on monday; tris and bis on Tuesday; Abs on Wednesday Thursday; Legs and shoulders on Friday and Abs on Saturday. (trying to get the cut abs.) I am doing Deca 300 a week and sustanon 500 a week. Is this cool? Also I am doing this after just starting to work out in late march.
