Currently stand 5'11 260 with 20% body fat. I will be consuming between 2500-3000 clean calories per day, with weights 3 times per week and 3-4 cardio sessions per week, alternating between HIT and longer less intense sessions. Goal is fat loss with minimal muscle loss.
Reading the bottle of T-rex it says 1 liter of water per 30lbs of body weight..... is this correct? I need to drink 8-9 liters per day?
And should I watch my caffeine intake the first couple days to make sure I am not too wired?
And would throwing 50mg of oral Winstrol help with muscle maintenance?
