293 lbs
49 inch waist
17.5 inch arms and not hard any longer
not a pear shape by any means but have gone by the wayside for four years.....


thinking of implementing cypionate to kick start my metabolism in conjunction with cleaning up my habitually bad diet and adding anything i can get at the gym with my job currently. I am rededicating myself for a bit to reconstruct my life. my life is only as good as how i feel about myself. my wife and kids feel the same way.

questions....1) just cypionate? 2) would you add drol to start off with or 3) add dianabol to start with? or 4) add deca to start with the cyp.

in previous cycles and training plans....two properties at the same time worked well, but i do not know how the older gentleman responds to the third fourth and fifth or beyond cycles. i know the first is the best but what happens when you start over....is it like the first again or what? please respond but don't clown on me....not needed for this thread.
 
i would try to lower your bf% before doing any juice

i'm not sure about if its going to be like your first time again i have been off for 22 mons. now and i am curious as well
 
Check out the AF store for weight loss. Not sure if aas is the best choice because of blood pressure and your weight already. Dial in your diet and add good supplements you should be fine.
 
Train for six months, reduce your bf% first. Cyp ois gona blow you up like a turkey kid, deca the same, how about eq - winny - or some lean muscle aas bro.


you down with hgh, it'll help same that monster frame your playing with already...

As you know, AAS can make you feel great about everything and that may be what you are looking for...but seriously...I would train hard first and make sure I could put forth the commitment, and get some BF off. Then I would worry with AAS.
 
You want to make sure whatever you id the best decision, you should go over to the diet and training boards and read everything, find out exactly what to eat and how much, exactly how to train, and then use aas. trust me, you'll be alot happier.
 
Its cool to hear bros trying to help themselves and thier families out bu getting back in shape and living a healthier lifestyle. Take the consensus brother, diet and train hard for a while. The results will start to show and when they to, use that motivation to work even harder. AAS should wait for a while. Good luck and GET IT ON!
 
cyionate is not going to make you lose weight bro, you need to use the TREADMILL for a few months, NO NEED WHATSOEVER for steroids until you have say a 39" waist
 
Grats on trying to turn it around.

Having said that, hold off on the juice. Gear is a refinement tool -- not a "jump start" tool.

Bro; 49 inch waist is huge; i.e. your bf is very high; My recommendation is that you should be below 15% bf before starting any cycle and have at least 3 - 5 years of continuous training.

Best cycle: Training, rest and diet

Diet: High protein, low carbs and fat

Cardio: at least 3 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach

Supplements: ECA
