I haven't been to the gym in over a year. I want to start back tomorrow and was wondering what you thought on a good return cycle. I haven't taken anything in the time I've been off nor have i kept up with the latest gear. Really the only thing I don't have access to is hgh. Should I wait and train for a little while or cycle hard back into it? If so, any suggestions on what to cycle back into is appreciated.
