Starting over

I haven't been to the gym in over a year. I want to start back tomorrow and was wondering what you thought on a good return cycle. I haven't taken anything in the time I've been off nor have i kept up with the latest gear. Really the only thing I don't have access to is hgh. Should I wait and train for a little while or cycle hard back into it? If so, any suggestions on what to cycle back into is appreciated.
 
how long did you lift before?? how many cycles have you done?
new gear what it the old gear??...
 
Yes!!!! Build up & strengthen those joints before touching anything.

You should know this!!!

Muscle has amazing memory. If I were you, I'd get back to my old numbers (weight and reps) and even break a plateau or two on my own before AAS.
 
thanks for the info! I'm 29 and been training for 14 years and have won several local shows. I've been using in cycles since i was 23 but haven't for over a year. As far as gear goes, I can get almost anything I would need.
