This is my first thread in about two years, and it's good to be back. Props to all of those who have weathered the storm and stuck with it. Unfortunately, a severe shoulder injury halted my progress for quite some time. So, here I am...after nine months of physical therapy and a year and three months of doing absolutely nothing!

Right now, I'm 29, 5'9", 230 lbs, with a little over 16% body fat. In the past I got up to 270 lbs with 6% body fat with relatively moderate numbers...375 for 3 sets of 6 on flat bench, 495 for three sets of 5 on squats, 315 for four sets of 6 on bent over rows, and finally 585 for two sets of two on deadlifts (work load sets). With these numbers came along several cycles one of which was my best...T200 with EQ200 (?) and second to last was T400 with Deca. Never really tried dbol or anadrol and not b/c of the lack of availability either. Just wasn't my forte at the time.

So, with this being said, I'm now back in the gym with my numbers NO WHERE near the previous stated. Will I ever get back up to the numbers I was two years ago? Probably not. However, you can bet that I will be hitting the gym and moving as much weight as I can with the right form and as much intensity as I can muster.
