HEy guys I need your input, I been a member here for awhile now.
I am no stranger to working out. I finally decided to make the switch from using supplements to the real deal.
My question is what do I take? How much of it? HOw long? I prefer to be on a 8 week cycle if that is possible.
What do I need so that I won't get bitch tits?
I want to pack on more muscle size, I currently weigh in at 212lb, I was at 228lb when I was taking supplements with 1-ad and 4-ad, so I can really put on weight if I want to.
