Starting New cycle need some advice! :)

Hey guys hows it going ?! Im pretty new to the site although ive always been one to snoop around and read different topics! But just recently became a member XD !

I have a Diet and a Cycle Lined up for myself I just wanted to see if I could get some advise and see what some people think.

Im currently 26yr I have ran a fare about or cycles injectables & orals. I stopped working out for a while and got out of shape and gained some weight so I have been back at the gym hitting it hard and killing the cardio!

Current Diet ( PS I am a very picky eater so I try my best )

Moring - 4 Eggs whites with my protein shake

Lunch - 3/4 cup of whole grain rice , Carrots and chicken breast

Dinner - 3/4 cup of whole grain rice , Carrots and chicken breast and a protein shake for my later snack

it roughly works out to around 1400 calories a day . Which is amazing compared to my diet before that which consisted of fat food and everything else that's horrible for you . lol

The cycle im looking to start is -

Week 1 - 2 .
750mg suston 250 / weekly
60mg anavar / weekly

3 - 12
1000mg suston 250 / weekly
60mg anavar / weekly

Its a very simple cycle just curious what some people think !

What are your full stats, and what is your goal for the cycle? There isn't much food at all in your diet, and should probably have more even if you are cutting.
 
My stats are 215lb like I said not in the greatest shape 5' 10" im really looking to shred weight and have a get back in shape and have something to work some proper cycles off. This would be my intro cycle to kind of get me rolling my goals are to be around 180lb .
 
Why on earth would you run a gram of test if you want to lose weight..

If your bodyfat is high then this will be a disaster of a cycle. Steroids and high bf dont mix well at all.. the can cause a whole host of side effects and not to mention running running a gram of test with no mention of an AI..

You dont mention PCT. Do you know what it even is

Ive ran test like this before and shredded my fat? and yes I know what a PCT is lol. I just didn't need to add that clearly im going to run a pct .
 
you are not going to lose 30 lbs. running a gram of test... that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever... you shouldn't even be using test for what your trying to do... you should be running a sarms triple stack... you are all wrong with what your doing here...
