I have to post this because I'm really stoked to be starting my first (and modest) cycle. After a year of playing with PHs (and losing crazy amounts of money) I've decided to jump into this.
After some debating....I choose to go with Sust only at 250mg per week. The general consensus seems to be you should do around 500mg/weekly, however, I want to see how everything reacts in my body before I jump into anything more. I believe this will be good for a first cycle and I should make good gains though. I will follow this by two weeks of Clomid at 50mg/daily.
My training will stay the same four day routine I've been doing for the past few months. Mon:Chest Tues:Shoulders/Tri Wed:Back/Bi Thurs:Legs.
I've slowly bumped up my caloric intake to where I'm around 3500 a day and bumped my protein intake back up 60 grams...may even bump it up another 30. I'm figuring about 1g of protein for every 1.5 lbs of bodyweight? Any thoughts on this?
I'll post results at the end of the 8 weeks as well as after my clomid post therapy. My goal is to keep 15lbs - with my acceptable BF increasing by 3%.
