Starting first cycle soon

Hello all,

Going to be starting my first Test E 500mg per week cycle in the next couple weeks. I want everything in lined to make sure I gain the most while on the cycle.

Here's my cycle break down:

500mg Test E per week for 1-16
.25 Adex EOD during cycle.

Here's my diet break down:

Meal 1: 4 eggs and 4 slices of whole wheat toast.

Meal 2: 2 cups of white rice and 8oz of chicken breast.

Meal 3: 2 scoops of Arnold Mass with 16oz of milk, 1 whole banana.

Meal 4: Cliff Builder Max protein bar and 2oz of Almonds.

Meal 5: 8oz sweet potato and 8oz of chicken.

Meal 6: 2 scoops of Arnold Mass with 16oz of milk.

Meal 7: 6oz of broccoli with low fat cheese and 10oz of Salmon.


Give me your thoughts. I want to put on lean mass and try to stay away from fattening food.

Thanks for the advice. Think 500mg for week 1-8 and 750mg for week 9-12 would be beneficial? Trying to really put on some serious mass for my first cycle.

I would bump it at week 7.

If mass in the goal, kick start the cycle with some DBol.. 30mg/day for the first 4 weeks.
 
Add npp for four weeks with dbol to start
Dbol and nandronal are very synergic together it increase your gains and nadrol is very good for spiking physlogical conditions in favor for gains in power and growth.
it matter of goals for what u want out of this and being your fist cycle.
Your going it go smoorh.
Any ideas on pct.

Why 750 for first cycle it what I say braking point for sides to benefits.
Why taper up most taper down as they go onto cutters to reduce water ration

I say take 1g fist two week taperin down to 500 last month that seems work best if not even dose across the board like 500mg all twelve weeks

Reason I say 750mg is because it allows my body to get use to 500mg for a couple months and then I run 750mg for the remaining cycle and then tapper down week 13-15 and then run PCT. I've thought about Dbol, but honestly I just want to see how my body reacts to test. My natural levels are at 270 currently. My body responds very well to diet and exercise right now with such a low test level. Honestly I'm kinda iffy about running 500, but everyone says that is the sweet spot. Once my gear arrives I will take a before picture and keep everyone updated as my journey continues.

It depends on sides to gains for the dose amount I seen really big guys not got sides intell about 750 to 800

Start low taper up then dowm see what u get from that but it hard gage what your getting out of it fist few times.

Dbol and any nanrolone ( dece phylpropnat Or lyrorate ) will give great gains together and not to harsh sides.
I never goten any sides from bdol others thin water retion.
You won't regret it with them combo together .

Remember Ziegler tested dbol out first as proformince enhanced at low dose for months on end. I love be 1970s Chicago bear.

It up to u and tell truth if it nor human grade don't even think the mg's are right there so many reason I say that to list. So that's why i dose to effect counting milleters not milgrams.
 
750mg. Dude. No way. More is not better. 500 is plentyyyyy

Save your receptors it your fist cycle pulse your first couple cycles u should up receptor sites as u gain mass why max out before up regulating your receptors.
Feel it out ask a lot questions.
 
My only suggestion would be to replace one of the shakes for another real meal. Food, food, food! Fuck protein powder and bars, only time i have one is post workout or a bar which I make myself as a snack in the middle the night. Protein shake should never be considered a meal imo.
 
Reason I put shakes and protein bar in the mix is I'm short on time during those meals and I only get 5-10 minutes tops to get that meal in. Pre-made shakes makes for an awesome meal replacement. Shakes being 800 calories each.

Test E 500-600mg a week is fine, wouldn't touch dbol on your first cycle personally. You should blow up nicely on your first cycle of test.. If you eat right and train hard Test E 12 weeks will certainly add to your lean mass goals.
 
I personally don't mind shakes, you just need to make sure the majority of your meals are from solid food.

I usually eat 8-9 meals a day, and 3-4 of those are shakes. Usually a mix of Whey, Oats, Milk, and Peanut Butter.
 
Sttm that's good bulking advice. Simple clean and a lot nutrients.
Best thing I can give for advice on food is eat clean no junk.
People metabolism make hard gauge diet with little info but
Me my self if I'm trying put on size. Protein protein protein and three rounded meals ( made sure eat beans and peas with protein shake like sttm exslpain ) every day.

I feel low dose DECA or npp with minimum dose dbol will make anyone happy with tma first cycle with a winni mast finish.
If your realy really wanting size I've seen pros set pelepo up with this cycle

Test e 500 10 to 12 weeks
DECA 200 or 400 depending on advice source for 6 to 12 weeks or npp for first 4 to 6 weeks ( npp the poor mans primo)
Mast and winni last month wait two weeks pct.

Bro that's far too many compounds for a first cycle. Stick to Test E, eat clean and train hard. And if you want to grow like he says it's not all about eating protein.. Carbs are essential for mass as well as many other things.. Good fats are great for tons of things as well especially hormones
 
My nutrition and training are on point. I'm very excited to see where this first cycle takes me. I will take everyones advice to heart and apply it to my cycle. I'm shooting for 10-15lbs of muscle.

My diet will consist of 7 meals, with only 2 being shakes and 1 protein bar. Calorie intake will be around 5k give or take and my protein intake per day will be upwards of 400g. Sticking with all natural chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, salmon, tilapia, etc. Only thing I'll be eating that will be processed is, protein bar, protein shakes and 100% whole wheat bread. Everything else will be 100% all natural and personally prepared by myself.

I'm really hoping this first cycle goes the way I plan.

Please continue to give me helpful hints, as I want this cycle to completely change my DNA :P
 
sounds good man but there is a difference between lean mass like you first said and just mass like you later said. 5k kcals might be a little much if your trying to minimize fat gain but again you didn't list your height and weight that I saw, and don't really know how hard you train
 
27, 5'11 @ 182lbs. Currently sitting at 9-10% body fat. Maintain calorie intake is 4300. I figured a surplus of 800 would be ideal for growth.

Really man I'm 6'2 205 9% 24 years old and my BMR is exactly 3200ish maintenance had it professional tested but maybe your just insanely active? Anyway dude your gonna blow up on your first test cycle even if you were probably under maintenance, I'm sure a small surplus will help for that true mass but I just wouldnt want any extra fat gain personally
 
I wake up at 3:30AM, prep all my meals for the day, eat breakfast, get to the gym at 5:30AM, workout until 7:30AM, eat a meal, get to work at 8:30AM, eat another meal at 10AM, 12PM, 2PM, 4PM, 6PM, leave from work and go home. Rinse and repeat next day. I work on my feet all day moving around. I would say I'm pretty active and burn a lot of calories in a day (Hence why my maintenance level is so high).

The advice I gave work for any one and as explain.
The info he given tells me he want more rounded gaines.
There a lot to to consider like metabolizem, diet, daily activity, and more.

I delt with a lot first cycles and basic test, npp with dbol and winning finish never made anyone dispointed but I seen a lot people drop gear after a just test cycle.
The sample cycle up above was given out by a pro not me just a repeat of another mans words and if u seen who u not disagree.
