Starting Clenbuterol first time!!

Need advice about cycle with clenbuterol. Tomorow I will start with 20mcg a day. Do I need to seperate dose trough the day, or I can take all 20mcg at once first day??

There is a ton of information on this forum regarding clen. I highly suggest that you use that little search tool and do some research before using a drug that can kill you.

It has a long half-life, you will be fine taking it at once. Just don't take it close to bed time.
