As far as buying content instead of making it, that's the way to go if your in it for the money and not trying to get laid. Why make it when you can buy it for 5% of the cost to make it and without all the legal hassles? Does your local Chevy dealership make the cars it sells? Hell no, they buy them from chevy and sell them for profit. It's two seperate industrys, content providers and paysites that resell the content. 99.9% of successful paysites buy their content, they dont make it. Also 99.9999999% of the paysites out there do not make money because they have no way of getting traffic. There's about 15 top players out there that control 99% of the traffic. CEN, IEG, PGAL, ARS, RON LEVI etc. These guys all make $10-$20 million a MONTH. Some make a lot more than that.
i used to run 2 tgps and galleries when i was 14, and making 80 dollars a day. You will need a lot of work.
First you need to decide what kind of site you want, a membership site, a TGP site, a circle jerk site (traffic fake pics), galleries, whatever. Then you will need to know how much traffic your going to get. And pay for bandwith. If your running a free site that has banners on them, you should not use movies or pics on ur servers or it will cost u more then u will get out of them. You will need to buy content from people on the internet, u cannot post a picture u just find on the net or u will get ur ass sued hard (i know). Then the biggest problem would be TRAFFIC and exposure. Its really hard to start a site and get traffic to it. And search engines like yahoo wont bring in shit unless u cheat them (by putting words like tits, ass, jenna jameson, whatever in your title and all over the page). There is so much more then just opening the site and start seeing money roll in. Its alot of hard work and it took me all day to work on mine to get to where i was. but school started and i had to quit

You should make a beastiality site so the only content provider you'll need to visit is the local pet shop. I'm sure dogs, gerbils, cats, turtles, monkeys etc will have no problems taking it in the ass or in the mouth.
