Starting a Naposim cycle - advice

rich_89

New member
I posted a while back seeking advice about starting a cycle and my diet workout technique etc.

Well i followed the advice given to me here and in the diet section, and am pleased to tell you all that it has worked, but only marginally. I have seen some gains and firmed up a bit across my chest, abs and arms, which were my main targets, but i fear i'm not going anywhere else. I'm now thinking of starting a cycle of Naposim 5mg to see if i can really accelerate my gains :-)

I have done some thorough research so i know about the potential side effects of dianabol etc. However, i am just seeking clarification on some points, if someone would be good enough to answer, because you can tell someone how to drive a car, but i'm sure they wouldn't be able to do it straight off without any help, eh? Better safe than sorry in my opinion.

So Naposims = dbol and various side effects are possible, some of which i really really want to avoid.

I've read about all the anti-aromatase medicines and estrogen inhibitors (such as Nolvadex, Arimidex etc) and what they do, but how exactly should i take these during my cycle to avoid the side effects, but still see the gains from the dbol (Naposims)

Also, post cycle, i've read that most of the gains are lost. From my research, Clomid should restore the natural testosterone production post cycle so gain losses are minimised. Is this correct? How should this be taken?

I just want some specific advice from a 'tried and tested elite', if possible to put some worries out of my mind.

Thanks, Rich

I was thinking

5 per day for 2 weeks
8 per day for 1 week
5 per day for 2 weeks

To let my body recover marginally?

Is this wise or useless?

So 25mg per day for 2 weeks, 40mg for 1 week then 25 mg for 2 weeks.

Total 5 weeks.

I don't think you are dedicated enough to the long term and are looking for the eary way out. You posted a month ago, not "a while back". You're not going to see results in one month - but you say you have seen some results - guess what, those results are permanent, done with no AAS! Keep working at it until you truly plateau (which you HAVEN'T yet) and build on those keep able gains. You're not big enough yet, you can still grow natty. Did you try my arm workout? Are your arms killing you 2 days later?

I would use an AI during your cycle..at least a small amount depending on how much AAS
your using.

run 30mg a day for 30 days. if you don't see results after 2 weeks then you really have to take another look at your diet and training regiment or just accept the fact you don't have the genetics.

you should see explosive and quick results from naps/dbol. and dont forget to run liver support along with it.

Hey all, this is his original post a few weeks ago:
http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/anabolic-steroids/new-prospective-user-seeking-advice-702589.html

Just FYI, since he's now getting completely different advice from the same people, because he posted much less information this time.

We all gave him some good advice just a few weeks ago, so he hasn't been using the good advice for long.

Rich. Go back and read the thread above, and do it for MONTHS, not weeks.

And, I'll state again, for your goals you posted, dbol is NOT for you.

But I have a feeling you will not hear this advice since you have MADE UP YOUR mind and are going to do what you want to do, and not TRY what is really needed.

Not trying to be jerk, but it urks me when people post asking for advice and then ignore it.

I like naps, they are good dbol. Run 40mg for 6 weeks, you will see good gains. Diet and proper pct will determine how much weight you keep.

Hello, d_rson, what you have suggested is exactly what is not the case sir. I'm not desperate to take the dbol, although i admit that it seems that way after re -reading my posts. And i wont be a complete pillock and lie and say i don't want some quick gains, because if im honest i do (who doesn't if everyone is honest). But i'm not looking for a 'shortcut', i'm looking for a sure fire way to be where i want to be. And i am willing to work for it.

It's the workout you suggested in that other thread that i have been following, and it is working!! I ache like hell for days after doing it (and about an hour after i can't straighten my arms literally), and i can tell its working as i have random veins popping up all over me now, which i'm told is a good sign (maybe you could verify this). Even to look at myself in the mirror i can see more definition, and a fuller look, (although i'm still a bit flabby and not rock solid like my goal).

I've also sorted my diet out, and have been eating a minimum of about 3000 good calories a day.

I thought now i started to see some results it would be a good time to start the naps, but obviously not??

You need to decide for yourself, but at your weight and with the progress you are seeing, why not go as far as you can natty? All I'm saying is give it a few months at least and see how you do. Remember that everything you do natty, you do natty - and that means you KEEP it!

Save the naps for a winter cycle :D
