I have mentioned before I am really not that anal, I try to use the mirror more to judge my results. The problem with that, is that it is soooo subjective.
However, guesstimating on my 3 weeker at 200mg/day, I lost about 6-8 pounds, no cardio, no watching what I ate. And that would be just fatloss. I don't retain too much water while on, so that's good. But I can certainly tell I do retain water.
As for sides, the only real side was that I felt hotter than normal. Not unbearable or anything. That was it. I would recommend low dose cycles of dnp to everybody and anybody. When I drive by some fat chick who is killing herself jogging, I wanna roll down my window, take another bite of my sno-cone, and tell her, 'Yeah, I'm doing cardio right now. As we speak. And I'm on a diet. Wanna compare results?'
I wish I could tell the world about dnp. It could help so many people. I am not one of those people who think some 250 pound woman needs to learn how to eat better before I will help her. She needs help now. And with dnp, she could see results immediately. Dnp caps should be passed out like breath mints at restaurants. The water supply should be yellow with dnp...ok, well maybe that last one was going too far, but you get the point. It kills me that I have about 3 friends that I KNOW would benefit from it, and be very thankful for it. And yet I cannot tell them, because that opens up the doors of what else I use, how they could get ahold of dnp, etc., etc.
