Either shoot every 3 days, or every 4 days. Don't do that monday/thursday shit that some people do...

Test Enanth is the shit and currently I run it at 600mg/wk so inject 3x/wk. M-W-F.
I love the gains, I also frontloaded it so it kicked in the start of wk.4 instead of the usual wk.5
I’m running it for 12wks. And it depends on how the rest of your cycle is and stats but 10-12wks is the bomb.
