ok heres the deal
been seening a PT 3 x a week for the last 3 weeks and im almost 100%, and this week i start weight training. i had bicep/rotator cuff tendonitis
when would it be ok to start tossing in gear?
when i hopped on gear a few months ago the imflamation was unbearable even tho i wasnt working out, i tried NPP for a few days to see how i would react and sure enough i was in pain like a mofo
