I have spent the last week being sick and also eating lots of pizza, cheesecake, Ben & Jerrys, etc (my apologies to those who are cutting).
Today I start a one month 1-AD cycle, 400 mg/day. It is kind of an experiment to see if it works. If it does I will do a much bigger PH cycle in a few months. The dosing will go like this:
100mg AM
200mg Post workout (lunch)
100 mg bedtime
If it interferes with my sleep I will accelerate the last dose to midafternoon.
I am eating very clean with no refined sugar or hydrogenated oils and will keep a daily weight and exercise diary.
And for those who will say "Take the real thing it's cheaper and works better" I will say it's the whole legal thing.
If you see my libido around tell it I will see it in a month's time.
