Starting a 2 week "ONE" experiment today.

I started this morning with 6 squirts of ONE right after I shaved my chest. I did not find it oily as some had mentioned, but it did began to burn soon after application. It was totally dry after about 5 minutes. Tomorrow, I may not shave right before appication, even though that would improve PH uptake. I think I will let my skin adjust to the 1-Test for the next couple days to avoid excess irritation, once I'm used to it I will shave before application.

I will be consuming around 4000 calories with a 30p/40c/30f split. Training will be volume based to elicit greater hypertrophy, and will be performed 4 days per weak. Emphasis will be a bit more on Arms for once, I typically focus more on core lifts. I will also perform 1 day of cardio. I took last week off, I train 6 on 1 off to rest the nervous system and avoid Over Training. Can't wait to work out today!!!

Today is day 3 of my ONE experiment. I am up half a pound so far. It will be interesting to
see what my bodyfat is on Monday, I swear I already feel leaner, despite the fact that I am
eating what I normally eat to bulk! This is one of the great thing about juice. Monday's workout was pretty
normal. I seemed to get through my second workout very easily. This was what it felt like
on steroids. Weights just seem easier. There must be some neurological boost going on here.
I have a feeling this stuff will turn out alot like a fina or primo cycle. You won't blow up
and get puffy like a gram of test would do, but you'll gain lean muscle while keeping water very
low. Two weeks from now, I plan on looking pretty good. I may be wrong though.

So far, no loss of sex drive, no tiredness, no irratability, no "roid rage". I wasn't even agressive on test, dbol,
or fina, so this doesn't really surprise me. I am always pretty male. I do feel very confident,
more so of an alpha male, which I guess pretty much describes me.


Here is my current workout. It is a departure from my usual, more PL oriented workouts.
I am focusing on hypertropphy, mainly on arms, with maintenance work on everything else.
I am using pre-exhaust techniques on pretty much everything.

Great info, growin'. I'm considering One, as well. Sounds like you're taking this experiment seriously, so I'm eager to hear your results. Keep us updated!
 
I should also note, at first there was some SERIOUS burning with ONE. I shaved my chest and abs then applied ONE. It got very hot after a few seconds. During my second application, I applied a little to my inner thighs- BIG MISTAKE. Some of it must have rubbed against my nutsack, OH MY GOD WAS THAT UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!! On my second and third day, the burning continued to diminish, especially on the third day as there was almost no burning at all.

It would be a very good idea to put in contacts and wash your face before applying ONE. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be to have this in your eyes.

Also, within about 15 minutes of application, I seem to immediately wake up in the morning, as much as I would with a cup of coffee, but I do not feel wired. . It seems to really invigorate, again leading me to believe it has a strong action on the nervous system.
 
I'm going train arms again in a few hours. I am very surprised, I have no soreness in my arms at all, and I beat the snot out of them on Monday. I feel ready to go. I will apply my first dose of ONE after my workout today. I had been applying ONE upon waking on workout days, but I usually hit the gym at around 11:00am, and that only lets the PH absorb for 4 hours. By applying after workouts, hopefully I will maximize results. On non workout days, my first application is right away in the morning.

Here's my dosing times:

One additional note, I have been applying 90% of this to my chest and shoulders, and they are starting to get a little dry/rashy. I am going to mix up sites a bit more now. This dryness does not really sruprise me, as its winter here in MN, and my apartment and office are both very dry.

Finally, 6 squirts of ONE is much easier to manage than 12 sprays of Androspray. Once spread, it seems to be completely dry in about 5 minutes with no residue left behind.
 
Sounds good. I'm probably going to order One soon, possibly tonight. So if you're doing a two-week cycle, do you hope to have enough left for another two-week cycle in the future? If I remember correctly Avant's site said that the dosage you're using will yield enough for a month.

Hey Growin', thanks so much for this detailed account, I'm definitely following and appreciate the time you're putting into it. I'm going to get some too and try to report as accurate as you've been. There's a couple of other products we really ought to check out, however, such as Molecular Nutrition's Boldione and 3-Alpha, perhaps I'll check out those. Thanks again.
 
Growin', one other thing...you're obviously pretty familair with exercises and workout routines, I'm looking for a strength building routine to help me with my grappling strength. I'm considering buying a book by Charles Poliquin called Modern Trends in Strength Training, but in the meantime if you have any tips I'd appreciate hearing them.
 
I now have Poliquin Principles, Modern Trends, and Winning the Arms Race-haven't read this one yet, just got it for Xmas. Modern trends is pretty much a bust. I'd pay about $15 for it in hind sight. Don't get me wrong, it has lots of good info, but you can get all of it from past issues of testosterone.net, ie: look back 2-3 years. His first book, Poliquin Principles, however is great. I am an even bigger fan of Ian King. You can also find him at testosterone.net, and his book is great too. Ian uses a slightly lower volume approach, and approaches periodization a little more thoroughly, both of which have helped me alot.
 
I thought I'd comment a bit on today's workout. IT WAS AWESOME!!! The weights seemed to go up very easily, so I ended up using 5-10lbs more than anticipated on most lifts. I also had unusually good muscular endurance, my last sets were almost as good as the first few.

I have been hungry all day long!!! I wanted to wait a few days to see if this feeling was consistent, and it really is. My appetite is through the roof. Reminds me of being on EQ. The wife asked me if I was back on the sauce last night because I kept eating. HEHE. Nope, just ONE baby!!

Good stuff. Can't wait to weigh in! Although I think this stuff works well when training for hypertrophy, I think it may work even better for strength. During my next "experiment", I will definately try a more PL based routine.

Well it hasn't been a week yet, I weighed 222.5 this morning. That's 3.5lbs in one week. There is definately NO water with that. I feel tight all over, and exceptionally hard in my chest and arms (both of which are application sites). After applying a bit of hydrocortisone cream and rotating sites, I have no more dry skin/rashes.

So far I have experienced:
-No hair loss
-No oily skin
-No loss of libido
-No problems sleeping
-Initial dry skin
-Sense of well being/confidence
-Increased Hunger
-Greater workout endurance
-Higher workout concentration
-Decreased recovery time

Too bad this is only going to last 2 weeks :( I think an 8 week cycle would be AWESOME!
 
Same thing happened to me... i thought about a 2 week cycle but i'm prolonging the 1AD since i'm still gaining weight and making gains... If you keep making gains w/ it why not run it through for 6-8 weeks?
 
A bottle lasts 4 weeks at your current dosing.

True, I meant that I was only going to use it for 2 weeks. I think after 4 weeks off, I definately want to do an 8 week cycle with this stuff.

Does ONE have a strong smell? I like Lipoderm-Y, but it is pretty pungent.

One has a citrusy smell. I don't think its all that strong. Kind of smells like aroma therapy stuff. The smell only lasts for about 30 minutes, then it seems to fade away.

"ONE+" Analysis

Subject Measurements (before "One" cycle):
Arms: 15.25 inches (cold)
Chest: 46 inches (cold)
waist: 31 inches
Body fat %: 9% (58.5 mm from 9 caliper measurement sites)
weight: 176 lbs.

Max Lifts:
315 Bench (max)
275x5 Bench
Barbell Rows 205x3x8
DB Shoulder Press: 75 lb. DB’s x5

Diet:
3500 calories, 250-275 g of protein, 450-550 g of carbohydrates daily

Training:
4 days a week (Chest/Triceps, Back, Shoulders, Legs/Biceps)

Dosage:
6 squirts 2X a day for the first 3 days, 9 squirts 2X a day for 11 days (2 week cycle length)

Strength Results (Post Cycle):

Barbell Rows: 225x3x8 (with 100 lb. DB Row supersets)
Bench Press: 280x3, 320x1
DB Shoulder Press: 80 lbs. DB’s x 6 (all other lifts were slightly increased weights, or more
reps)

Subject Measurements (Post "One" cycle)
Arms: 15.5 inches (cold) (+.25 inch)

Comments/Observations:
"One" proved to be an excellent product for me. In two weeks I gained 8 lbs. of bodyweight
with no measurable or apparent gains in body fat. For the first few days, 12 total squirts a day
did not produce any noticeable results, however, 18 squirts a day gave me an immediate
increases in body weight and strength. I’m not sure if this was due to the increased dosage, or
possibly just time letting "One" work. I also seemed to feel androgenic side effects (like
aggressiveness) more when I applied it to my chest than when applied it on my arms. Most of
my strength increases came in the pulling (Back) movements, and overhead pushing
movements. The most noticeable increased lift was shoulder presses, something that I had
struggled with for months. Every back lift went up, most notably barbell rows which went up 20
lbs. My bench press did not go up, however, this is most likely due to the fact that I push the
issue with the weight too much. I did notice I could handle moderate weight (225-255 lbs.) for
more reps than before. I also did 320 for a single, which was a slight improvement. I kept my
diet totally the same that it was before the cycle. I am positive that if I increased my calories
and protein my weight gains would have exceeded 10 lbs, since I gained 8 lbs. with no change
in diet (I did this in order to test the product properly.) One thing I was extremely pleased with
was that the product did not make me bloated, or smooth. I was more vascular and hard on
this product. It seems that 1-Test is a good choice for trainers who want to avoid looking
smooth. Even though the version of "One" I used contained some 4-AD, this did not seem to
bloat me.
People may say that 8 lbs. can be gained on creatine in two weeks, however creatine certainly
cannot produce the strength gains that "One" did, and it certainly did not make me look smooth
like creatine always has. Overall, "One" is an excellent supplement for making true lean gains
without smoothing out. I would love to try another cycle of "One" eating 20-50% above my
normal caloric intake in order to maximize my muscle gains. If I gained 8 lbs. on 3500 calories
a day, I am sure I could gain 5-7 lbs. more eating 4000-4500.

You mentioned that you didn't experience any hair loss. Are you prone to hair loss at all? Have you experienced it with other prohormones/steroids?

Also, did you experience any hair GROWTH at the area of application?

I took 1-ad for 6 weeks and had great results, but when I came off the cycle I crashed pretty hard, I want to know if the same holds true for ONE ?
 
pitstone, what did you do for that 'crash'? I had the exact same experience. In a weird way, hearing you say that is comforting. I hope you don't think that's too warped. I took HCG for about 3 weeks which helped tremendously. I was curious how you handled it. I don't know what I would have done if not for the HCG.

No I am not prone to hair loss. I have used Fina, Dbol, Test, EQ, Winny, and Primo, all of which are considered "BAD" for hairloss, and had no problems.

I am only going to use ONE for 2 weeks. Hopefully test levels will not be significantly affected. I will be getting a phydical the first week I am off, and will share the results.

Did you have any gyno probs with HCG? I am a big fan of using Clomid and Arimidex post steroid cycle. I have not needed to use any post PH yet. Also, proviron does wonders to help boost lowered libido from stunted test levels.

I just ordered 1-test and I'm real curious about the effects after the cycle too. And any suggestions as to what to do to counter act them. I've never taken any PH let alone a PS. BTW, I'm new here.
 
growin', no problems at all with gyno on the HCG. I was only on it I think for 3 weeks or a little more than that. I don't recall seeing or reading that that's a concern when on it. I did it mainly because my LH and test were both in the toilet and I thought it would jump-start my nuts. I believe it helped me a lot, it definitely cured my of that horrible 'crashed' feeling. Although I never did recheck my LH and test numbers so who knows. All in all though I think it's pretty safe stuff.

TheFng, I can't comment on how to handle the (if any) backlash you may see from 1-test. In that regard I'm in the same boat as you. This is my first experience with it. What I suggest is to keep your cycles short and see how your body responds. It would help to get some arimidex, HCG and proviron and just keep it on hand. This stuff is, as the old saying goes, something that is better to have and not need then to need and not have.

What I have done to safe guard against sides:

Acne

1. Use Cetaphil to wash my face. It is mild and won't irritate your skin.
2. Neutrogena Oil Control Pads. Have salycilic acid in them which really controls oil. Really nice to be able to pull them out of my desk drawer and wipe the face mid-day.
3. Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub. Has salycilic acid in it as well.
4. Vitamin B6
5. Drink 1-2 gallons water a day
6. Flax oil
7. Take a shower before bed and wash your damn pillow cases you nasty bastard!

Hairloss

You can often find hot chicks walking out of Plastic Surgeon's offices, or working at a variety of strip clubs. They can also be found in gyms, malls, airports, bars, hair salons(almost like strippers) and sometimes grocery stores. I got mine in college, she's smart and funny too :p

Nothing but took some high dose's of tribulus terrestis , which didn't do shit.

I just stuggled through my workouts and watched most of my gains and strength go away.

It took about 5 or 6 weeks for everything to return to normal, the thing that bummed me out the most my decreased libido, but it's back to normal now.

I just ordered 4 more bottles of 1-ad and 2 of androspray to help combat the lowered sex drive and I'll definetly taper off my doses this time, hopefully I'll be able to keep more of my gains.

My cycle this time will only last 4 to 5 wks as opposed to 6 wks, after 5 wks i didn't notice that much more improvement and I feel the longer you cycle the longer it takes your body to get back to normal test levels.

Well I am on my second week now. I have easily added another 5-10lbs on most exercises. I am more than pleased with this as most of my exercises are super or trisetted at teh moment. Definite improvement in muscular endurance and overall output. I am back up to the weights I used while on steroids on about 90% of the exercises. Pumps continue to amaze me. My arms feel REALLY hard.

I definately want to use this stuff when I start cutting in a few months. I have been bulky long enough LOL!! I don't think my natural test has been suppressed yet either, I'm still waking up with morning wood. I guess lab results will clear that up though.

That's all for now.
 
I am up to about 222-223. What's cool, is that BF is down about 1/2-1% and all caliper measurements are down a couple mm's. It's hard to believe I used to weigh 145 LOL!
 
Yeah bro... i'm 235 right now but a few years back i was in the 170's w/ a bit more fat than now. Funny thing is, no matter how much weight i gain i never think I'm "big" yet everyone around me tells me the opposite.

How much weight have you gone up w/ this? I'm debating whether to invest in this or another cycle of 1AD.
 
I've added 3-4 pounds of weight. When the 2 weeks are over, I'll give total weight and total LBM gained. How tall are you? I am 5'10" and got to 175lbs after about 7 years of training. I was stuck there for about 2 years until I hit up Fina/Winny. That took me to about 198. I hope to achieve about 240lbs with < 10% BF.

I totally hear you on the not thinking you look big. I still feel the same, but people who haven't seen me in a few years are like "Holy shit your HUGE!!!". Every once in a while, I catch a glimpse in the mirror at home or in the gym and think "Oh yeah, I guess that wasn't there before. HEHE. Flex Flex. HEHE"
 
Same thing happens to me when i go back home in L.A. all my old friends think i eat roids all day. I used to be one very skinny dude back in the day, i'm 6'1. I've been training since i was 16 and that helped me pack on a little mass but it really started coming on when i would just pig out for a couple of months, stabilize the weight for a while, cut, then repeat the whole process again. I was hoping also to hit 240 w/ the 1AD but never made it, i ran out of pills. Now i'm just taking 3/day to taper down a bit. I'm still 14 pounds up from where i was before, just trying to hold on to it now.
 
I hear yall...I`m 26 and 5"11...currently I weight 210 with about 10% bodyfat....but when I graduated highschool I was 130-135 pounds. I know I`m getting bigger, but I just don`t see myself as thick or big....but everyone at work thinks I`m some huge guy LOL, it`s pretty funny.

I do feel nice when I am pumped in the gym, but that`s generally it...I think I have Muscle Dysmorphia <sp>? Still got a long way to go...but now I am positve I can reach my goals.

On a more related note, is everyone getting their 1-Test from Kilosports? I may try that before I do another Fina cycle.
 
At work a couple people call me "Big Man". People are always amazed when they see me haul my food from home down to the caf every morning. "There here goes eating again!" HEHE I guess I am big for an IT guy, well, at least in this company LOL! World's Strongest Software Engineer here I come!

I work at the hospital, it's full of chicks and dorky doctors. I think i stand out like a sore thumb out there too lol since most people call me "big man" there and always call me to take care of the aggressive/crazy patients. And just like you growin' i get the same remarks from people sayin, "no way he's eating again" and "hey be careful you're gonna get fat eating so frequently". I just tell them, yeah you're right, i guess i gotta watch out. It gets very tiring explaining it to everyone.

2demon are you going for the transdermal mix or are you going to cap them??

Just got my 1-test and nordoil,, dont have my transdermal goodies in yet so I am makeing capsules in the meantime...
I was thinking that it was 100mg,, gotta electronic scale but did not test it out yet.... I just have been taking a couple of scoops of this and a couple of that and mixing.....

Dude that 1-test is hard on the gut,,,, I can fell it going into my intestions,, its on fire.... Be sure and take on a full stomach that is all it have to say... Was thinking about washing it down with some flax oil,, since it fat soluable...


Just got my 1-test and nordoil,, dont have my transdermal goodies in yet so I am makeing capsules in the meantime...
 
PA was saying that about the 1test orally. Big stomach aches like the 1AD dione version. I guess if i do the 1test it would have to be transdermal.

Since i did so well w/ 1AD, i was thinking of doing the same 1AD cycle as before, but this time just adding transdermal 1Test and 4AD to take in the morning after a shower. Or right after a workout. Any thoughts?
 
Well, with transdermal 1-test you'd just be adding more of what 1-AD provides. I'd say use either the 1-AD or the 1-test, and add 4-AD to either cycle.
 
I would go with 300mg/d of 1-test transdermal,,, ad in some 4ad,, I am going to be using some nordiol and anavar..... got some clomid and arimidex also....

My two week experiment with "ONE" by Avant Labs is now over. This was a great product, the whole time I was on, I felt very tight, and had greater strength, and MUCH better msucular endurance. In other words, I was using bigger weights on every exercise without "bonking" half way through. I am impressed with this product because I gained lean mass in 2 weeks. This is not that big of a deal for a new trainer, but I am well past my genetic limit. When I started lifting 9 years ago, I weighed 145lbs. After 6-7 years, I got up to 175lbs with lots of hard work and careful eating. I looked much bigger, but was not satisfied yet. I was STUCK at this weight. That's when I turned to steroids. I had given up on bullshit supplements. During the next 1 1/2 years, I hit:

1. 75-150mg EOD Fina/50-100mg Winny ED
2. 500mg Sust/400mg Deca/25mg Dbol
3. 100mg Prop EOD/75mg Fina EOD/50mg Winny ED
4. 1000mg Enanthate/600mg EQ/35mg Dbol/50mgWinny
5. Bridge with 300mg Primo/50-100mg Proviron

At my highest weight, I hit 228. This was HUGE for me. Then, I got married, and as a vow to my wife, I stopped using illegal steroids. I know I know it was crazy, but hey man, I love her. So, I was let with supplements, which I had very little faith in. I started with a 2 week topical 4AD cycle. This was pretty effective.
I did feel a little puffy from the water. My next trial was definitely going to be something with 1-Test, with all the hype from Biotest and all. ONE by Avant Labs seemed to make the most sense. Topicals seems to have a much higher absorption rate, and Par has the best transdermal formula out there.

Will the next Mr Universe use only 1-Test? Uhh...No. Did 2 weeks of ONE transform my physique? A little. Did it help me get back to my previously "enhanced" size. YES. Did it make me stronger,
make my arms grow, and make me harder? BET YOUR ASS IT DID!!

Here are my stats over the 2 weeks:

As I previously posted, my workout routine was focused on arms, a definite weak point for me. They grew 1/2" I am stoked!!! I was on Phase Three of Ian King's "Great Guns" 12 week routine. This was a great routine, and I think ONE really helped me recover from those intense arm workouts.

I definitely plan on using ONE again. I think you could really blow up on a 1-Test/4AD combo. I definitely like the hardening effect 1-test has. I plan on hitting one more bulking cycle. I really like the 2 week cycles as I am yet to experience the shutdown that long steroid cycles gave me. Although I think it would be really fun to use ONE or ONE+ for 8 weeks. I also plan on doing a ECA/ONE/topical yohimbine supplement stack this spring to cut up for summer. This is good stuff.

I'm going in to get blood work done sometime this week (ideally) or next week as schedule permits. I'll share the results with that too.
 
If I ran it more than 2 weeks, I would probably add a little 4AD, Tribex, or Proviron to ensure the libido stays where it should. I didn't really have any problems with that, but interest did start to wayne these last few days. This last week at work was HELL!! That may have somthing to do with it. But to be safe, I'd keep one of the aforementioned products on hand. I think a 6-8 week cycle would be the bomb!

Vitex could be used throughout if Gyno was a problem, and Tribex could be started whenever libido was considered to low. You must keep the ladies happy, dig? With hypertrophy training, I am thinking of volume based training like "German Volume Training" aka 10 sets of 10 reps. Mixed could be the 1,6,1,6,1,6 rep scheme, it would have lower volume than the hypertrophy phase. PL is an even lower volume Power Lifting Style workout based around bench, squat, and dead. HIT would be a maintenance training routine. It doesn't have to be HIT, just lowered training volume to help the body re-adjust to less than optimal natural test levels.
 
I tried the German Volume Training... did nothing for me. I alternate a lot b/w powerlifting style and bodybuilding style and found this to be the best for me. When i alternate these every few weeks i find i grow faster than just sticking to one, for a longer period of time. It's like everything, gotta find what works for you individually and stick to it.
 
I use GVT every few months for a week or two for variety. I like the variety, and if you stick to the 60-second rest periods, it really kicks your ass.
 
I don't like the 10 sets of 10 reps, but LOVE 10 sets of 6 reps. Thats where I grow. I suck at any reps over 8. I like training under 6 the best. As my bro squatter says "Light weights annoy me!"
