Starting 1-test/4-AD stack

Ok, I started my 1-test powder/4-AD spray stack today, but still a little confused on 1-test dosage and application. I have capsules for oral. I also thought about mixing a couple grams 1-test with the 4-AD spray (something like One+)?????
Also considered taking around 100mg dose mixed in tsp of flax oil.
Any ideas and suggestions appreciated.
