ok guys here is what i want help with.

I am 21 and have been working out for a long time. I have earned myself some muscle definition and thats about it. I eat a lot, more than any of my freinds and yet i am not bulked. Other freinds that are going to the gym with me have twice as better results as i do. I know what they are eating and i have the same diet. Tuna fish lots of it and protien shakes. These things are really not helping me much. Tall lanky people runs in the family to be honest. I just want to look good when i go to see my love in Netherlands in november. I don't want to be a body builder.

I really need some help on what to start taking and what type of cycle i should have. I have done a lot of research and seen a lot of stuff but i want feedback from someone experienced. please be detailed because i am new with this stuff. I may start juicing regardless so pleazzzze help with your expertise.

In all honesty, just wanting to put on weight for a vacation trip in not a good reason to juice. Like you said, you will probably do it anyone, but if you are doing it for the reason you just stated, then you will probably not get very far as well as you will probably lose most of your gains shortly after. AAS is not a quick fix to looking good for a vacation, you must make it part of your training lifestyle to get any real benefit. At your weight and height, you are more than likely an ectomorph. Read up on this body type and learn what dieting and training works best for an ectomorph body type and if you don't know what an ectomorph is, then you definitely don't need to juice. The other thing is that you are just simply not at the ideal age. At your age, you are at greater risks to sides then 25-30+ year olds. Like you said, you will probably do it anyway, but when tampering with your natural hormones for a couple months just to look good for a quick trip and using something as potent as AAS to get it...you better know what the hell you are getting yourself into or else you may regret the end result...being that there is a quick way in, but no quick way out!!!!
 
Does anyone understands? my dad is the same as I am, so was my grandpa and his grandpa. We are all ectos. LOL. now someone please help me get started on this. would anyone rather help me or should i started taking anything anyways, not necessarily the best for me?
 
I too am an ectomorph and I understand that we have to work that much harder just to look "average". You also have to accept that even with all the muscle that you can pack on, your wrists will be small and you will never be as big as a mesomorph of the same height.

Here's more bad news, even with a 3,000 calorie/day diet and gear, the most I've ever put on with a bulking cycle is 10 lbs; keeping about 4 lbs of muscle after I'm all done.

One thing that I've found that does work very well is to lift low reps, HEAVY weight. Just about every lift I do follows this formula: 12-15 rep warmup followed by 5-8 reps to exhaustion. Then on to the next lift. In most cases, reducing the weight I use to exhaustion by 50 lbs works well for the warmup.
 
in reality bro you dont need roids, my training partner who will not take any roid or OTC supplyment, is 6'2 and almost 230. he is only 20 and has been training for 1 1/2yrs. He NEVER has a cheat day,NEVER eats anything think bad, he is a machine, and eats and trains like one
 
yeah, you dont need juice, you need a shrink.you obviously didnt see 60 minutes last week ...LOL.... J/K if you aren't going to listen to the experienced people's opinions, than dont ask for them. An inexperienced person will tell you to go ahead and stick it in your ass and in a few weeks you will look like the hulk. WTF? and you stated you wanted an experienced opinion not inexperienced. you need to see Dr. Phil or something, not a pharmaceutical dispensory! Just my .02 dude. Save your 21 year old nuts and hormones and get in the gym and lift hard and eat like a cow!!! hell, take some t3 and clenbuterol, you will get real big!!! JUST KIDDING you will probably die.

have you even tried the tricontractional system it's pretty intense and really got my muscles growing.

You start off with moderate to heavy weight that you can push up about 8 times. With out rest, you take of half the weight and push up about 13 times full range, again without rest immediately, you go into half range and burn the hell out of that muscle. Talk about an intense pump, the muscle will feel like it's about to explode and that's all considered as 1 set!

Only if your system isn't use to it. If he's never eaten 3,000 cals and all of a sudden start, his body will be shocked by the extra calories and he will start packing on some weight. However, if he's a person that never sits still and runs up and down the basketball court for 3 hours a day then 3,000 cals won't do squat!

Your training partner is not an ectomorph...trust me!!!
