That's why I'm afraid to take it, although it would help with my bruising.

Bruising has to do with your health (you're anaemic) which would be much more important that worrying about extra calories that you will be taking in due to an increase in appetite.

doesn't your multi have a good bit of it? if you take one that is.

You need high dose injectible. Oral gets destroyed and multi vitamins only have about 50mcg of oral B12. You need 2,000mcg/day of injectible B-12 to get the desired effects.

Does the hunger from B12 come from an increase in metabolism?

In a round about way, yes.
It increases red blood cells, which in turn supply more oxygen and nutrients to your body, which in turn increases your metabolism.

I got the hunger just from an oral tablet, I cant imagine what an injectable would do

Can you inject it sub-q?...does it make a diff with b-12?

You can inj it SQ or IM. Most do it SQ as it's easy and painless. The ones that do it IM are usually the ones that mix it up with gear.

i've been eating a bowl of some TASTY/healthy cereal recently that has some B-12 in each serving...i have kind of an off-topic Q about B-12 but...if each cup of this cereal has 40g of carbs...and B-12 speeds up metabolism like i think someone said...what does taking in this cereal do to my body?...lol...because if all the carbs are supposedly going to be converted to fat if i don't use them quickly...but simultaneously B-12 speeds up my metabolism...then i guess i break even at the end of the day, right?

The amount of oral b-12 in that cereal would be so miniscule, it would make NO difference in your metabolism.
