7 years training last year and a half I have really dialed in my diet
I am now in my first week of my first cycle. 350 Test E/wk and 300EQ/wk. I havent decided on length yet I want to run it and see how the gains come. I am aware eq should be run between 12-16wks for max benefits. I'm splitting doses and pinning twice a week. what do you guys think of this for a first time run? I'm hoping to start seeing some results around wk 4. I have adex and letro on hand along with clomid, unleashed and the Test recovery stack from PP for Pct. yes no Hcg. Manny got it all before i could ha! My main question is about gyno, if I start feeling sensitive nips or swelling and puffiness should I start on the adex? also I have heard mixed reviews on how long to run the test past the eq some say 1wk some say 2 what is ideal? thanks guys
