started my Denkall anavar....creatine?

i started monday at 40mg ED of BD anavar for 12 weeks. i take like 30 grams creatine a day. its cheap and supposed to work well with anavar. makes sense to me to stack them together.

ok guys, i got some denkall var, im running 30mg per day, i've heard creatine and no creatine. what do you guys think? im coming off test/eq and am still taking HGH

Creatine is always a go with var.

it may have degraded being from a few years ago.....but nah, creatine is creatine basically.. there are some fancy ass concoctions out there......but i use creatine monohydrate, the basic shit. effervescent creatine is great for those who get stomache upset from it though, i'll say that.

im a little out of the loop on the creatine shit, is there one kind thats better or better absorbing.....or can i use the old regular micronized pure creatine i got in my cabinet from a few years ago?

i also take my grapefruit juice and some r-ALA with the creatine 3 times a day to help with absorbtion of the creatine as well as the anavar.

yeah, no prob. creatine/anavar/r-ALA/grapefruit juice can't be beat if your on an anavar cycle. BTW: the grapefruit juice helps with absorbtion of the orals like anavar if you didn't know that and was like WTF is it with this guy and GF juice. lol. i figured you knew that already.
