I just started my second cycle today, Its good to be back on. Im 31 5'10" and 180 lbs at 14%. I will be taking

week 1-4 dbol 35 mg p/d
week 1-8 sust 360mg e4d
Nolva if needed
Proviron 0.25 mg p/d

And possibly winny week 7-10 35mg p/d but havnt decided.

For the last month I have been doing cardio in the mornings before I have eaten trying to shift some fat. I have got to the stage where I can see my abbs just starting to poke through but am unsure what bf% this is. I would like to continue with the cardio in the mornings while on my course maybe not so frequently to shift some more fat. My question is if I do 3x20 min cardio sesions in the morning per week before I have anything to eat will it seriously affect how much muscle I put on. Cheers guys I will keep you up to date with how I get on.

If the rest of your diet is spot on then no, It wont have any noticable effect (your total weight may go down as you wont put on as much fat).
 
Thought I would let you know how things were going now that Im in to my second week and loving it, So far this cycle is a lot better than my last one. Strength is going up and I can realy feel the dbol in my system. My muscles are getting realy pumped when Im in the gym, Id forgoten what dbol is like. Ive put on 8 lbs so far, A lot of which will be water but I dont look bloated which I find strange. I can see a little bloat in my face but nothing compared to my last Deca/sust cycle when I looked like a budah. So good results so far with no sides, Great
 
wooo...deca and test gave you more bloat than the DBOL (aka balloon face)??? Also, how in the hell are you measuring 360mg of sus 250?
 
Yeh bro the Deca/sust gave me more bloat, strange eh but Im not complaining. I guese everybody reacts differently to different flavours of juice. Measuring out the 360 mg is just a bit of maths, It works out at 1.4 ml per shot.
 
Right thought I would let you know how things are going now. I didnt think there was much point posting until I noticed any major differences. I havnt realy had any major strength gains of the Dbol, Slow but steady and not to much bloat or any sides. Prior to going into the gym today I had put on 12 lbs. Well I went in today and strength was way up and Im now up to 16 lbs. All in the space of 4 days. I think Im in for some ride of the sust. Im as heavy and strong now as I was at the end of my last cycle and Ive got 6 weeks to go so good gains to come I think. So who knows what my finnishing weight will be.
 
Ah well thats it all over Bro's, Im 5 weeks out from my cycle and into my 2nd week of PCT. I managed to put on a total of 31 lbs at my heaviest. Im now down to 22 lbs up on when I started. I think I still have a little water to loose yet because I can still see it on my chin. Im more cut than when I started my cycle with better vascularity on my forearms. I havnt lost any strength at all yet, Sure Ive lost a bit of endurance but havnt lost any ultimate strength. Infact Im still gaining strength all round and am up on every bobypart since coming off which Im realy pleased about because last cycle I had lost some strength at this point. Things are going good and I still have the same amount of motivation to go to the gym even though Im off.
 
Cheers Bro, yeh lol I ended up taking the winny on weeks 9 - 12 at 40 mg ed couldnt help myself. I didnt get sore joints but I did notice some discomfort in my arms while working out. It was Karachi sust that I got hold of and its excellent stuff, It didnt kick in until about wk 5 then I made excellent progress and strength and weight went up steadily and Ive kept all my strength gains from it so far. So wont have a problem using it again
 
Ok here goes, This is prettty much what I ate all the way through my cycle. I did up my intake a little for being on cycle but just more shakes.

Breakfast:
5 scrambled eggs on 2 slices of toast

Mid morning:
25g protein shake

Lunch:
1 chicken breast and rice
25g protein shake

Mid afternoon:
Tuna sandwitch or 40g protein shake

Dinner:
1 chicken breast and rice

Pre workout:
25g protein shake

Last meal:
2 eggs and tuna sandwitch

Ive no idea what this is in calories, It looks like a lot and I thought I wasnt eating enough. Well I allways felt hungry. Since coming off I have dropped the amount of shakes Im taking. Any sugestions on what could be better?
 
Not too bad bro....very clean, which is suprising, as most bulk up uncontrollably....no cheating? Your carbs (add some oats, yams, sweet pot., etc.) and EFA's (flax, peanuts, fish, etc.)look really low to me....what are your stats....? Protein looks solid, how much chicken and how much rice in each meal?
 
Cheers, Ive just got used to eating clen all the time, Its the only way I can keep the fat off. Anyway once you do it for a while it just becomes habbit, Ive never had much of a sweet tooth anyway so that helps a lot. Oh and not much cheating. I dont eat a lot of potatoes or fish and should be so will try your sugestions. Im 31 at 5'10, 192lbs and been lifting for 7 years. Im unsure what my bodyfat is now but I can just see my abbs and my arms are a lot more vascular than they were, If I had to guess Id say 13% maybe. I remember saying when I get to 200lbs I will be happpy, Well I got there this cycle and its not big enough. I have 1 125g chicken breast and 200g of rice with it at each meal and some veg.
 
Any cardio? How do grams covert to cups in rice or oz. in chicken? I got the same shit (sus, winny, deca, eq, t400) sitting in my drawer, just trying to figure out which to mix and match and how hard it's gonna be to eat enough during the f-ing summer heat........
 
I was doing cardio before I started this cycle to shift some fat, I did plan to continue it through the cycle but didnt, Ill probably chuck in 2 x 20 min sesions again per week but Im going to wait until PCT is over. Im still gaining so dont want to do anything to upset it. As for the conversion of grams to oz. Dont know about cups but 28g = 1 oz and 21 oz = 1 pound. So 1 chicken breast would be 4.5 oz. Eating enough can be hard, I would have strugled to eat any more than I did. Have you any idea how many calories I was consuming per day. I realy liked the sus, Excellent stuff. Cant say I noticed much from the winny but it must have done something. Ive never tried EQ or T400 so can comment on them. I tried deca and sust on my first cycle and strength gains were realy good but Im prone to gyno from Deca so wont be using it again which is a shame. I was thinking about Tren for my next cycle stacked with a small amount of test. Have you tried it before and would I be prone to gyno from that if I am with deca?
