Im starting at a university that has an "accelerated degree program", start this Thursday. Each class is 5-7 weeks and gives me 3 credit hours a class. No semesters so it runs all year round, except a week or two break in between classes or something. Its not correspondence or internet, I attend a real classroom. Anyone here ever done this and what was it like?

Yeah man....I am in the Technology Management program here in Florida at SPC. The classes run 8 weeks at a time...(4 weeks for the Microsoft classes). It is pretty involved and you HAVE to keep up with all the work. If you miss one class or anything....it is like missing 2 weeks (6 regular classes) of work. The work is not overly difficult or anything...but it requires some effort.

I always prefered going to class as opposed to internet classes or anything like that. It is more personified and you know what to expect.

This is a bachelor degree program Im in. Yea, cant miss any class but Ive always had good attendance so that isnt a problem.

go to a 4 yr and stay 5. This will maximize your puss potential while still getting you a solid degree, education, and social life.

A friend of mine is doing the accelerated thing at some christian school in Irvine, CA. He's about halfway thru and out about $9K so far.
