Start of week 2

So today is the start of week 2 of my
Week 1-10 test e 250mg
Week 1-4 dbol 25mg

Starting weight was 178 ibs
Today 185 I know it's all water weight but man it feels good to be moving in a positive direction.

Not a huge diff in strenghth but a noticable one.

So what I was wondering was when will the dbol really kick in were I can see big results and has anyone felt like they had a case of insomnia while on a cycle lol maybe it's just me idk but any replys would be appriciated.
 
You should start seeing strength gains at the end of week two. And yes I have experienced insomnia with dbol as well.

no you should already be in top shape before running a cycle. if your bp is high before, then it will go sky high during. no way can you do a lot of cardio with the pumps you will get from dbol.

you can try running adex or some type of AI. but then you could be limiting your gains

I suggest doing more research in the future before running AAS.. dbol insomnia is very well known so it shouldn't be shocking. if it gets bad then i suggest you stop it. you need quality sleep to gain
 
timing when you take the dbol can help with sleeping.
the dbol has "kicked in", you said you've noticed stregnth increases ,they will continue to get better and increase at near enough the same rate.
there is no one gigantic step ime which is why I feel the phrase kicked in is a rather misguided one.
Looking back at week 1 in 3/4 weeks time you'll then realise that it had been "kicking in" since you first noticed you could do a few more reps.
personally, dbol makes me feel crap and puts me to sleep lol
 
I can sleep all day on dbol lol
 
Cardio can only help you. If you can't run because of calf pumps then do some kind of circuit training. Don't not do cardio because of someone's advice.

I think taking it earlier will help but probably not solve it. 20 mgs should be plenty and maybe take it a little earlier.

Are you taking any kind of preworkout supplement?
 
The only thing I'm taking right now for preworkout is a protien fruit mix shake and I have forma stanzol but was gonna wait to take it at the end of my cycle with my pct...and I'm still going to continue to do my cardio 2-3 days aweek and circuit training sounds like a good alternative if pumps get to bad, but would that hurt progress or mass gain?
 
bro if it effects your workouts then just stop it..... dbol half life is short.. it will be out of your body quickly so use that to your advantage. or you can lay off of it for a few days, then re-start it.

play it by ear.

i ran 30mg per day split and I was able to run probably 3/4 of a mile before my calves were about to explode from the pumps..
 
I hardly ever do any long distance running for cardio. If I do its uphill sprints or something similar.

I usually do my hypertrophy or strength training, rest a few minutes, and then do some kind of circuit. Usually some jump rope, bodyweight squats, box jumps, hanging leg lifts, bodyweight pullups, etc. Doesn't give me bad calf and back pumps like long distance running while on cycle does.
