Start cycle AND working out after a break or ease in first?

Hey all... Got a full cycle just sitting there staring me in the face but I recently had nasal passage surgery and have to not lift for over 2 weeks. So my question is, can I just start the cycle now AND begin lifting or should I ease back into lifting a few weeks and then begin the cycle? Does it matter?
 
it's probably a little better to ease into it but i've done it both ways...i don't think it'll hurt you if you started now...if you'd taken longer time off it would be different but a couple weeks won't matter too much.
 
it would not hurt if he started now if using long acting esters

would be against him starting with fast acting things like Tren ect due to the increases in strength

you need a base for that, at least a couple of weeks even after a short layoff.

It would probably be best to hold off and just start lifting for now. That way you can re-establish your lifts and endurance. It's always good to know exactly where your at strength wise.
