Man I've been dieting good and working out 4 times a wk ,cardio 3 times a wk...using test at 250mg a wk and EQ at 400 a wk have lost some BF% but been losing alot of LBM...I've seen to be losing weight but not BF% sometimes...I've been stuck at 12-13% for the mth but lost another 5lbs of scale weight...I getting ready to hit var for 6 wks at 40/mg...Question will the var help with keeping my LBM up and losing more BF% and is there any suggestion to keep LBM up or the same and lose few mor BF%(like to get to 8-10% without losing more muscle)...thanks bros for help

Yes the var will help with keeping the muscle while losing fat, however from what you are saying it sounds like your diet may not be supportive of keeping muscle to begin with. Re-evaluate and make sure it's in check before spending money on the var.

Indy's right. You need to check your calorie intake, carbs and protein to make sure it's balanced. I would increase calorie intake especially.

If you are losing weight, but not bf my guess is the diet needs tweaking. Or possibly you need to reduce volume or intensity of lifting routine while cutting. Gear is important in aiding muscle retention, but since you are already on, its more likely that one of these areas will be the answer as opposed to the addition of var. Not saying don't add it, particularly if you have it b/c its good for cutting and doesn't have many drawbacks, but to get the best results I'd look at these other factors more closely. Basically, you best diet/lfting combo would result in good muscle retention with gradual bf reduction on its own and the gear will really enhance these results. I'd go into specifics, but its so individual I doubt how much what I do would help. For me, cutting correctly is the hardest part of bodybuilding. Good luck bro.

Keep training hard and heavy. Increase cals by about 400/day. Increase cardio to 6 days/wk. Check your ratios of protein/carbs/fats.
