Started Winny Only Cycle, just for some Boost.
Hey, i was going to stack with primo but the primo was not accessable to me at the time. Im not looking to get professional body builder size, just enough to have ALOT OF SEX this summer lol.
I have 2 QV-Stan 50 20cc shot bottles. I inject 50mg ED(yes i know alot of pins but hey i never once was afraid of needles and i feel that the injections hurt but i know they are working.
Right now i am 243 Not Fat, but thick. My Bench is 205 max(i could improve that)
I have been lifting for several years, so i chose winny to cut me up alittle but i ddint want to blow up as i would on d-bols.
I wake up at 7:00am Ride the bike i have in my house for 20-30 mins on an empty stomach just to burn off some access shit in me, and to get me started through the day.
I work untill 7:00 at night and hit the gym up at around 8-8:30 but my gym is 24hrs so i can go anytime.
I am currently on an 8 Day Regime workout.
Day 1: Chest, biceps
Bench presses 3 sets 6- 8 reps
Incline bench presses 2 sets 6- 8 reps
Dips with added weights 2 sets 8-10 reps
Barbell curls 3 sets 6-10 reps
Dumbbell curls 2 sets 6-10 reps
Day 2: Running
Off day from lifting
Day 3: Thighs
Squats 3 sets 6-10 reps
Leg presses 2 sets 8-10 reps
Leg curls 2 sets 8-10 reps
Day 4: Running
Off Day from lifting
Day 5: Shoulder, triceps
Presses behind neck 3 sets 6- 8 reps
Upright row 2 sets 8-10 reps
Side laterals 2 sets 8-10 reps
Lying triceps presses 3 sets 6-10 reps
Triceps pulley pushdown 2 sets 8-10 reps
Day 6: Running
Off Day From Lifting
Day 7: Back. calves
Chins with added weight 3 sets 8-10 reps
Lat pull to neck 2 sets 8-10 reps
Barbell bent-over row 2 sets 6-10 reps
Seated cable row 2 sets 6-10 reps
Standing calf raise 3 sets 8-12 reps
Seated calf raise 2 sets 8-12 reps
I got this Workout specifically from Anabolicreview.com Ive been on it and im going to stick to it. Probably going to increase the reps and reduce the weight to help with the cutting.
During my Running Days I run HIIT for 30 mins. Im trying to reach 1hr but since my shin splint injury it is hard, because after about 30 mins my lefs feel like they are on FIRE. Thanks alot guys Any Segestions?
P.S. Should i inject the winny before i hit the gym everynight, or should i inject in the morning about the same time everyday? Thanks alot!
