The exercise where you hold a dumbbell with one hand on your side and you do a controlled rock side to side. I never do these because I heard it will make your "love handles" bigger.
I'll grab a 120 with one hand and do side bends for a few sets of 10+. Grab one arm at a time though. Grabbing two will balance everything out...never understood when people do that.
