Stanazolol (winstrol) from argentina

My buddy is taking some "stanazolol" from Argentina. It comes in a white bottle that has a white seal strip with red flags on it. The tabs are pink and from I can detemine they are 5mgs. He claims it's doing something but I've never seen these before. Anyone ever hear of them? The company name is "Holiday".
